The Top Country Clubs Scottsdale

Those who have luxury homes in Scottsdale probably know all about the hottest country clubs in and around the city. But what if you’re new to the area, and don’t know where to go to kick-start your social life (or improve your golf swing)? Below is a list of the top four country clubs Scottsdale:

1.   Paradise Valley. Sitting on 180 gorgeous acres in the Valley of the Sun, Paradise Valley has been one of the most prestigious country clubs Scottsdale since 1953. The club’s golf course was designed by famed architect Lawrence Hughes, and the most recent renovation in 2004 updated the private clubhouse and dining room, fitness center, tennis pro shop, swimming pool and barber shop.

2.   The Arizona Country Club. In-the-know owners of luxury homes in Scottsdale are members of The Arizona. For over 60 years, urban sophistication has been teaming up with family tradition in this country club, which caters to families of all sizes. Kids can hang out at the Kids Klubhouse while parents relax in the elegant and inviting atmosphere of the main Clubhouse.

3.   Phoenix Country Club. Founded before the 20th century, Phoenix Country Club has been one of the most prestigious and sought-after country clubs Scottsdale for well over 100 years. With a golf course designed by Tom Lehman and John Fought, its no wonder Phoenix Country Club was selected by its peers to be a Platinum Club of America in 2009. Amenities include a clubhouse, barbershop, tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pools (to name a few).

4.   DC Ranch. Centrally located in Scottsdale, DC Ranch has been a premier country club Scottsdale ever since it was transformed from a cattle ranch in the early 1900s. At DC Ranch, hot social events fill the calendar and members are invited to hobnob with family, friends and colleagues in an exclusive (yet inviting!) setting.
