Sandra Wilken is the founder and Designated Broker of Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties (SWLP). For the past 16 years, SWLP has maintained a reputation of an exceptional real estate company focused on the luxury home market. Sandra was first recognized for representing major developments in Scottsdale, including The Phoenician and Gainey Ranch. In recent years, SWLP has grown to service Arizona's most prestigious luxury and golf course communities in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and the Biltmore area of Phoenix. Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties celebrated its 15th anniversary in March 2010, and commemorated this milestone with the opening of a new state-of-the art office with golf course views from the Gainey Ranch Corporate Center. 

With over 35 years of real estate sales experience, Sandra offers an elegant mix of executive insight and market knowledge. Sandra and her team of sales executives devote time and attention to each client making the buying or selling process as successful as possible. Sandra has also surrounded herself with an incredible support team including a former escrow officer, a short sale/REO specialist, a marketing specialist, a transaction coordinator, a white glove service and client coordinator.
