Kathy's background includes over 35 years in the title insurance industry as an Escrow Officer as well as a Conversion Specialist, providing her with a unique insight into problem-solving and customer satisfaction. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys exploring Arizona and spending quality time with her Ocicat, Max.
