She is a native Phoenician, and has seen the city grow drastically in recent years. For her clients, Alexandria is a virtual concierge. From consulting on remodels and designs that will add the most value to a home, to recommending a romantic or fun night out on the town, Alexandria believes in taking a real estate sale above and beyond the scope of a transaction. In her three and half years at Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties, Alexandria has been instrumental in redesigning the company's website, marketing materials and launching an internet marketing campaign. She has helped SWLP launch itself into a new technical era where Buyers and Sellers search the internet first and want the best service available. Alexandria attended the George Washington University in Washington, DC and has a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and minors in French and Art History. Prior to joining SWLP, Alexandria was as a Commercial Leasing Associate in Washington where she leased managed over six million square feet of office and retail space divided amongst four "class A" office buildings. In 2010, Alexandria was recognized by the Realtor Magazine as being one of "the 50 Realtors under 30 Years Old" to watch in the nation. Alexandria specializes in luxury condominiums, mid-century modern remodels, and custom estates throughout Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and is a short sale and foreclosure specialist. Alexandria brings strong business sense, strong negotiating skills, creative marketing strategies, and a true passion for real estate to every transaction and client.
