As managing broker of Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties, Alexandria is one of the youngest people in the local industry to hold this title. A native Phoenician, she has seen the city grow drastically in recent years. Alexandria is the firm's go-to expert when it comes to the newest and hottest restaurants, shopping spots, arts and cultural activities and destinations in and out of the Valley. For her clients, Alexandria is a virtual concierge. Whether it's advising on the best neighborhoods to meet a client's needs, consulting on a remodel that will add the most value to their home or recommending a romantic night out on the town, Alexandria believes in taking her client relationships beyond the scope of a transaction.

In her five years at Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties, Alexandria has been instrumental in redesigning the company's website, marketing materials and executing an internet marketing campaign. She has helped SWLP launch itself into a new technical era. Alexandria attended the George Washington University in Washington, DC and has a bachelor's degree in international economics and minors in French and art history.

Prior to joining SWLP, Alexandria was a commercial leasing associate in Washington where she managed over six million square feet of office and retail space divided amongst four class A office buildings. In 2010, Alexandria was recognized by the Realtor Magazine as being one of "the 50 Realtors under 30 Years Old" to watch in the nation. Alexandria specializes in luxury condominiums, custom estates, luxury lifestyle community sales throughout Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and is the SWLP short sale and foreclosure specialist. Alexandria brings a strong business sense, sharp negotiating skills, creative marketing strategies and a true passion for real estate to every transaction and client.
